In April, 2019, we contracted Vanguard & Associates to release us legally from our timeshare. We paid them $4000. NOW, we can't even get anyone to return our calls!!! They were working on our case but then covid hit. No one responds to voice mail messages or texts.

We have had a very poor experience with this company we have paid them approximately $5,000.00 in fees upfront over 12 months ago and they have done nothing. They do not reply to emails and phone calls. Their protection is an answering machine we leave messages and no one ever replies over a one year period. The sales person who took our money has left the company, he is always polite but does nothing he promises. We believe this is a scam and have reported it to Visa, they are investigating.
