Hello, I came to this location for just an oil change. When I arrived the guys at the front seemed annoyed and I ignored that. When I came back to pick up my car they told me that my coolant reservoir needed to be replaced and they told me a huge price. I found this strange considering the mechanic I usually take my car to just replaced that a few months prior. When I got a second opinion he told me that it was leaking but, I hadn’t even noticed a leak before taking it there. As a woman it’s already hard enough going into places like this but, for a problem to arise that wasn’t a problem before this visit is extremely troubling. The guy at the front even said “I don’t know how you didn’t know your car was leaking” but I have never had a drop left on my car port or in parking spaces so how would I notice? So I would say to take it somewhere else if all you need is an oil change.

I took my 2014 Silverado in Saturday for and alignment after installing new control arms, tie rod ends and sway bar links on my truck which has a 6" inch lift. I was sold inner tie rod ends that come to find out after taking it to The Lift Shop were not needed. Firestone also advised me after installing the new overpriced parts(300 for the pair which should be 100 ish) that they couldn't figure out how to align the truck properly and charged me 600 for a botched alignment and overiflated tie rod ends that I didn't need. Luckily I found a great shop who knew exactly how to perform the job and did an outstanding job. It appears after reading many other similar reviews that this is SOP for this "business." I'll be filing a formal complaint with the BBB unless this is rectified immediately. I did submit their customer satisfaction survey yesterday and am waiting the 48hrs before I do so unless im contacted and this is resolved. *** The issue was resolved and I was refunded my payment in full. ***

I’ve been into this shop three times now and each time they have been extremely helpful. After having my spark plugs replaced on my wife’s Explorer we had a check engine light populate the next day and some major issues while driving the car. I called Firestone and the rep that answered the phone wanted to charge us a fee to bring it in and get it fixed ($100). Even though I said we’ve never had an issue with this car and had it service yesterday. Took it to AutoZone to get a OBD reading and sure enough it showed that there was a cylinder issue. I called the Firestone manager and he instructed me to bring it in. They replaced the part the next day and there has not been an issue since. GREAT service, just might need some more experienced reps.

They do not want business, went in for an oil change and was declined because of my oil preference. You want work on your car done? Go elsewhere, support a local shop.
