My wife took her vehicle in here, and she was simply just ripped off. My wife called me because the prices seemed high, and I was blatantly lied to by whoever I spoke to on the phone. The bottom line is that her vehicle was in their shop for about an hour, and their labor charged for that amount of time is $212.08...for about an hour. Her total time from check in to check out was 1 hour 24 minutes, even if they were working non-stop during that time, that rate is just absurd. One thing they did was change the interior cabin air filter. They gave me a price on the phone of about $60, which I thought was high, but decided to just let them do it to get it over with. My wife gets home, and there is a labor charge on top of the $60 quote they gave me for &76.50! I have changed that filter before, really simple to get to and change, takes me (a non professional) about 5 minutes to do. These guys are just charging for the heck of it! I will NEVER walk into this place again, and I plan to file a complaint with Firestone corporate for this. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this place! They completely took advantage of the fact that my wife does not know about the maintenance on our vehicles...they 100% took advantage of that... **UPDATE** These guys have promised, through the email that was responded to in the review, that they would have someone reach out. To this day, I have not received a phone call despite 4 promises by email that someone would reach out within 48 hours. Complete lack of response from management, complete lack of accountability for their actions, and just a complete failure as a business!

Had an apointment for a simple tire inspection, only to get called before my appointment and asked if I was sure I was coming in because their lead tech was about to leave and they wanted to close early... Yes I'm sure I want to keep my apointment I had to schedule 2 days before. So I get there, only to be told the tech is off today and was never there. So why even schedule me on the day that the guy you need to look at my tire will be off? Still not sure who they got to look at my tire but all he did was spray water on it, ( I did that at home before I called... ) and tell me he cant find anything but maybe my rim is cracked. Now, logic dictates you would pull the tire and I don't know... Look? Like literally any other tire shop would, but nope not these lazy fellas. They were perfectly content with charging me $10 bucks for spritzing my tire with water and repeating over and over that I'm getting a discount from the $25 tire repair since they couldn't find anything, what a joke, they didn't even look. Avoid at all costs, they are so busy their professional principals went out the window it seems, only go here if you want to pay someone for doing nothing.

Fantastic service from Firestone today! We came through town to visit family with a camper trailer on Christmas Eve and ended up with a leak in two out four trailer tires. The guys here were able to replace both and had us taken care of within an hour. Thanks so much to them! Saved our Christmas!

We installed a leveling kit on our 2013 Nissan Xterra, along with new lower ball joints and lower control arms. On a Sunday we made an appointment to have the alignment corrected and the guys at the Firestone had us bring the truck right on down, not more than an hour later we were called to pick the truck up, all work had been expertly completed and the truck drives great. I can’t say enough about the courteous and professional manner that we were treated with. It is sure good to know that there are service providers out there that still put quality and customer service at the top of the list. I will definitely be doing business with the Surprise Firestone on Cotton Lane. Thanks Guys for the Great Service.
