You'll have to go and be your own reviewer as I do not do Chlorine Pools! Nastalgic Land mark! In the middle of the Neighborhood iconic Point Richmond.

The Plunge will be closed from 1 September until the new year bfkr repairs to the floor of thr pool.
There is a walking area @ the plunge, however it is closed until the first of next year. Kennedy swim center is where the patrons are going until the plunge reopens.
Look on the website. There is limited Rec swim hours and fills up fast.
I know it's open but don't know hours
I believe you still have to book in advance
Open days and times vary while open! Covid-19 protocol is in play. I haven't visited as there is an Open Bay Swim@Keller Beach through the Tunnel. I don't do Chlorine Pools!
Yes register online though
Not sure on the hours.

$ 5 if you are a resident of Richmond, $ 7 if you live outside of Richmond.
The new year at earliest is what the instructors are saying. Classes are now at the Richmond Swim Center at Kennedy High school.
The pool is divided into two sections. The lap pool is 25 yards. The more shallow section is 20 yards.
The passes (15, 30, or 45 swims) all come out to $4.50/swim.
Yes
The shallow end is degrading and needs to be repaired which will happen soon-ish, the pool is closed on weekend afternoons because they can't have family swim time in that part of the pool, the other pool does have this time open though, thanks for your patience
