I love the variety of options that this place has! The staff is very friendly and quick to get your food out to you. I usually get the pollo bowl as it is a cheap, healthy, on the go option. One of my favorite places to get a quick, healthy meal during a busy day!

I paid $7 for this (that’s a small drink BTW)… and the “burrito” had canned beans, over cooked rice, and poorly flavored “Queso”; all completely overpowering the flavor and texture of the chicken (seriously… if you asked me how the chicken tasted at a place called Pollo Loco I couldn’t tell you).

I work near by and chose El polo loco a lot. I always get rude service from the short manger lady but I still choose to go as there I enjoy el polo locos salad. She argues when you ask for any extra salsas or dressings.I order online and she gave me the wrong order twice. The first time I didn’t notice till I was back at work and wasn’t able to leave to bring it back. When I went back the same lady gave me me lecture that “she had to pay for the meal I took” when I paid for mine but didn’t receive it. I order a couple times in between and then it happens again and once again I make back to work with wrong order The manger calls me and tells me that I “grabbed up the wrong bag and need to bring it back right now”. I explained that she handed it to me out of the window of the drive through and that I did not just take any bag but the bag she gave me. She then told me that I should already know that I need to check every thing she hands me because she’s busy. She tells me again that need to bring it back then gets mad at me when I told her I can’t leave work to bring it back.
