Absolutely horrendous. Never fails what time of day or day of week… always waiting 15-20 minutes as well as the staff not helping. Tend to see them stand around. Never a time other customers walk out because they are fed up with it too. ALWAYS out of stock and when you want to cancel the order since they don’t have what you ordered… you have to wait another 15-20 minutes in line just to get a REFUND. I love Dunkin but this location is absolutely ridiculous.

this place is the worst. constantly packed with angry people, whose orders are messed up. like, how do you forget to put the coffee, in someone's coffee? and not once or twice, but on a regular basis? I'm basically gambling going here, because there's a 50/50 chance that if I order a latte, I'll literally get a cup of milk. I love dunkin but have had to give it up bc this one is just too frustrating.

Megan in the front was great when taking my order 5 stars to her, I ordered a bagel and the person making it had no gloves on.. yuck

Good coffee, but the staff needed some focus and alignment. 5 people working behind the counter, yet orders were slow. Refocus and realign the team. Give everyone a station.
