Very clean, the lake water was warm, there is a lots of space that you don’t need to be on top of others, there are many trees who likes the shadow. ATTENTION DOG LOVERS this late is dog friendly🤗 you can bring your dog. 3 things to keep in mind. no alcoholic beverages, bring a portable grill, do not arrive late as the entrance is closed when the parking lot is full.

Great place to bring the family on a weekday, when it’s less crowded. Sand was clean & the water was clear enough to see the cute fish swimming with us! I suggest using water shoes & warn the outside shower’s don’t work

This is a good boating lake and there is a waterskiing section too. The major feature here is the beach. Depending on the day and the attendees, it can be loud or peaceful, full of activity or restful, and clean or dirty. It's a very mixed crowd here and each day is unique and you take you chances. It's a very nice park, however, the only reason I went was to rent a kayak and go kayaking. Guess what? They don't rent anything out on the weekdays, it's closed. I guess they rent things out on the weekends only. I wish this was posted on the website or something. There were a few people wanting to rent boata but that wasn't possible. Also, the men's washroom smells really bad. The park itself looks really nice, you can bring your dog and there are tons of picnic tables. Disappointing that you can only rent on weekends.

Yes but there is a limit to the amount of visitors right now. There is no swimming anywhere at the lake other than on the Beach.

Yes you can take a cooler. Please clean up after yourself if you do( not directed at you just a request for anyone who reads this). We have had problems with trash all over the park.
We do have a flying field, but you must be a member of an organization that will provide insurance. You can become a member of the Beltzville Flying Machine Society if you would like. They provide insurance as well as other benefits. Their phone number is: (848) 702-2492
Dogs are not allowed on the sand beach or in the swimming area. They can swim elsewhere in the lake, but they still need to be on a leash. Humans are only allowed to swim in the swimming area.
