We took our car in for a complete diagnostic - it is seven years old and not sure if we needed service. They said car was in great shape no work needed. Most places would have found something to do but they did not - such honesty is not often found.

My visit to the Diamond Hills Chevrolet service department was due to a transmission failure while traveling through southern CA on vacation. I had my 2011 Chevrolet Suburban 2500 towed in and received a diagnosis a couple of business days later. Waited about 4 days for the new transmission to arrive at the dealership and 2 days for the installation. Pros: the transmission was installed and is working fine. Cons: the vehicle was not ready to be driven home due to a sensor that was not reconnected during the service and the vehicle had not been washed after being at their shop for nearly 2 weeks and a nearly $6000 transaction.

My service advisor no longer worked for the company after my car had been sitting at the dealership waiting for a transmission to be delivered for 2 weeks. It still didn’t arrive for a week. Ryan took over and took care of me. I appreciate him. Only been driving my car for a couple of days and the issue seems to be repaired(it better have been $5300 later). So so far so good. Just took hella long

I recently bought a used car from Diamond Chevrolet Banning. I drove out from Highland. Met with Rick Gill and had the best experience by far in buying a car. He was kind, helpful, and made sure my new (used) car was in tiptop shape before I drove it home. I can’t say enough about the wonderful service I received. I’ve been to some shady dealerships, but this one has integrity! I highly recommend Diamond Chevrolet! Proud to drive a Diamond!
