I drove to Peoria from Colorado Springs, CO in the snow, salt, sand etc. My poor WRX was looking really rough. Michael Boyd suggested the car be snow prepped before washing to avoid possible scratches to the finish. The car came out looking immaculate. The inside looked and smelled like new. I had a coupon for a $20 car wash and asked for the $24 wash (thinking I was paying the extra $4) Mandy at the register said there was no way to apply the coupon. But then she went over and above by explaining the situation to Fabian, who apologized for the misunderstanding and offered me a free wash. Not to mention the great job they did on my car.
