If I could give zero starts I would. Horrible service & attitude from the supervisor. Apparently stairs are now a hazard, how do you survive your life then if you are incapable of walking up one flight of stairs. Pathetic. Carrier keeps putting my mail into my neighbors mailbox. They never get packages delivered, only leave notices, but when you go to pick up, you wait an hour in line just to do what the carrier is supposed to be doing. Gonna submit complaint to usps Inspector General.

Very rude and unprofessional. All I wanted to do was send a letter. I rarely go to the post office. In all my experiences in my life i have never felt hostility or had such an unprofessional experience at a Post office.

the mail can be good ... but the employees always change my mail to another address and order a package and the track number says it was delivered but never to my address I will have to make a claim because it is a federal crime ... I was in the mail and the manager told me to give him tomorrow ... they robbed me 🥺

Be careful when you order international packages. Wilmington post office is not reliable! AT ALLL!! Been waiting 5 days for my package and still have not received it. I’ve gone to the post office to resolve this issue but they keep telling me the same story on how it in the truck set for delivery which I believed and I waited all day long each of those days and still never received it. So unprofessional!
