What's up with the fake friendliness at the window when picking up an order and the app that seems targeted to kids with the collect app stickers junk? Seriously the fake i want to be your bestest friend greeting is creepy and kid fluff in your app is unnecessary for someone who just wants to order a coffee drink.

Love the taste of their coffee & chai. All the add in options let me change up my favorite drink to match my mood. The employees are always nice, chatty & do their best to have you smiling as you drive away. Even though there is always a line, don't let that stop you, the line moves quickly & the drinks are worth it.
