This place is ran in the most shady way. They are dishonest people who take advantage of people in need. For instance, I went to pawn a ring there for some pocket change which was made out of gold and diamonds and the broker insisted that the diamonds were fake and that they would only pawn for the value of the gold. I 1000% know that the diamonds were authentic because I purchased the mount from the most trusted jewelry mounting store in St. VINCENT PLAZA! Its actually really upsetting that this company exists to take advantage of people who have limited knowledge of the gem trade. Don't waste your time or money here.

Good enough prices but I did NOT appreciate the fact that the tall white Hispanic woman wore my omega necklace. Plus she didn't return the hard box case I pawned it in. She didn't have the decentsy to clean the soft case off of her crappy make up and her blonde/brown hair from the clasp.

Horrible Service and Scam Artist...Don't ever purchase anything from this place! I spent 1600.00 dollars two weeks ago and went back today to buy a bracelet. I purchased a 400.00 bracelet and was told by another jeweler I had been overcharged. So I immediately returned the bracelet (within 45 minutes of the original purchase) and asked for a refund because I didn't see anything else in the store I was interested in purchasing at that time and the manager was so rude to me it was unbelievable I could not believe this is the same individual who was smiling and happy and trying to talk me into purchasing the entire store merely 45 minutes ago. She made me feel as if I stole the bracelet, and was trying to cheat them, because I wanted to return it! I even paid 40 additional dollars to have the bracelet extended for a better fit. Which means I lost my $40 and increase the gold weight of the bracelet. She tried to tell me you couldn't have money return back to a debit card which is totally ridiculous and a bold face lie. After being rudely treated and disrespected and speaking with my bank I finally had my money refunded if she were smart salesperson she would have tried to turn that return into a new purchase please people stay away from this ratchet despicable scam artist jewelry store. Who probably only paid someone $50 in cash for that bracelet do they try to sell me for 400! This place is bogus don't waste your money or your time! There are a thousand jewelry stores downtown please find another shop at!!!!!!!

If it is to pay your contract, you cannot. Only for sales and set aside.
I wouldnt sell it at a pawn shop. You’re better off selling it on letgo or offerup.
