Fantastic communication. Kelly has always made me feel welcome and the office staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds are clean and well maintained and easy to navigate. The dog park is well kept and a very nice feature! Would absolutely recommend.

24 months of resort life and beautiful amenities is what we have loved about our time here at the Artisan, along with the amazing and proactive maintenance team, Athena and staff, have always been exceptionally kind and helpful. They’re always heavily involved in putting on community events to make everyone feel so welcomed and invited. Our second story luscious and utopian view of the pool is a dream with the beautiful landscaping so lush and gorgeous! This truly is a wonderful community and everyone is so warm and kind! The close proximity to the Avenues and every other convenience is such an awesome plus to living in this amazing community!!!

I think my review got deleted previously, probably because of how bad it was. This place sucks. Great location but many other choices in the same location that are far far better. This place isn't even worth my time to write a full review on. Just read the other negative reviews, and avoid at all cost.

They're not paper thin but if someone yells or has a TV too loud you can hear it. That's just apartment living though
