The most unprofessional front desk. The lady that answers the phone is extremely rude and has no experience in customer service. We ordered sod, and they gave us like 25 rolls short on the pallet. When we called to ask what happened and when could we get those rolls we were shorted, they said they would have to send someone out to make sure they didn’t send us a full pallet. As if we were lying. Fast forward a week and we call to see when they are coming out considering we have half a lawn without sod. The front desk lady said she’d call us back. We call back an hour later and inquire again, saying we’re the ones who “required” investigation. Almost word for word she said “oh yeah we been busy. I’ma have to call you back.” This place has lost my business and everyone I know will be told never go here. Get someone who speaks properly and has been in the customer service industry answering your phones.
