The mailman that wears purple star shaped glasses will skip your house if he sees any patriotic sticker on you house or vehicles. Missed time sensitive court documents because of this political activists, lost car titles, lost who knows what else... And when I tried to talk to the manager about it he might as well just laughed at me, and even a customer waiting in line that overheard our conversation said it sounds like the manager and that mailman must be buddies. Tired of these people that work in government positions that have no accountability and are all activist buddies.... Manager was such a sleezball

Super rude worker. Accidentally brought a box meant to be shipped from UPS and he condescendingly stated "you can't read it right here it says UPS?!" Wow. How ablest and rude. Will avoid this location from now on. That was uncalled for. Management: it was the black gentleman working at 2:30 pm 5/24/22. Teach your workers some basic human decency and kindness.

The one star is only because the middle age clean up girl is sure nasty.. I asked her a question about dropping off mail and she about cut my head off.. 700 envelopes I am not gonna take them out when I want them to posit them in the drop drop. I wait for my turn to get up to the window talk to the friendly staff that's behind the counter and they inform me that I could have just driven around back very kindly nicely . Maybe they should pour a little bit of their kindness on her vinegar attitude. I need some customer service because shortly after that she chewed into another woman who had a simple question. At which time I got a little bit loud It was nasty and mean and it needed to be pointed out.. All I really did was look at the other woman and say yeah she hates Me Too!. Boy did that get her irritated and had her mouth off tough. Whatever lucky for me I don't have to deal with them very often However the staff behind the counter are always super friendly and knowledgeable. If she's miserable at her job she might want to get another one there's plenty out there

slightly defective

WHATS THE POINT OF PUTTING SIGNS ON THE BLUE BOXES OUTSIDE THAT SAY TAKE PARCELS INSIDE WHEN YOU LOCK THE CHUTE THAT IS INSIDE?? i dont have time to drive all over glendale to find a working package receptacle. how are you guys able to get away with this slackness as i see many other negative reviews about this same issue?? i had no choice but to put my small package in the blue bin🙄. please do better cuz had i read these bad reviews i wouldve kept my package and now i have to worry whats going to happen to it . manager needs to do a bettrr job at this location.
