The food was great. As a personal preference for myself I felt my yakisoba had a little to much sauce but I can be picky. The fried California roll was great. My sister got the chicken yakitori, which she said was super great. We got enough to take home tons of leftovers.

I dont have any photos, but the bento box was absolutly amazing. Same with the chicken terriyaki! It was almost JUST like that savory Washington terriyaki taste. 10/10 :)

Hands down the best Sushi and Teriyaki Chicken in the valley. I have been coming to Japan express for 36 Years now and I still can’t get enough.

Delicious and clean food. This place is clean and the food we ordered was a little a little set we paid approximately $2.50 potstickers we got with three little tiny ones. I ordered the teriyaki chicken and beef which was super yummy. The meat tasted fresh texture was perfect. Wife ordered shrimp yaki soba. It was a little on the sweet side tasted a tiny bit like ketchup. We will definitely be back to this restaurant just not order the yakisoba. If you like it sweet go ahead try it because the shrimp was cooked perfectly. Portion size was a little bit smaller than other make out places, but it was good quality food

This company is too small to be able to afford to pay 3rd party labs to run those tests. It depends on what you order but like most asian food it will be high in sodium because of soy sauce. It might be a little high in sugar definately high in carbs low in bad fat high in good fat. No msg even though that is a hoax. I would definately prefer most food here to salads at 99% of fast food if i was diet or health concious and you can always skip rice if low carb
