I have been coming to this store for years. I have never had any issue before. There this girl worker (see pic). This girl is very rude, her customer service skills is 0. She gave me a nasty attitude as soon as I walked in, I literally thought, she has some against me, but after reading all the reviews, it's just her daily working routine. She yelled at me, telling me to leave, mocking me as I laughed about her being extra. I even asked how much was the tape I had used. She refused me business in a very rude way. It has to be worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would also like to mention, her colleague, he was apologizing of her behaviors the whole time, it looked like she has power over him. He could not stand her. He did not do anything she asked. Good job for the co-worker. Please UPS, keeping this girl here is BAD BUSINESS. I asked for the manager and she almost cursed at me. I will never go this store again.

I've have had it with this store and still wonder why hasn't the owner change the way of this store! I went in today and as always the same short Hispanic girl attends to everyone with the same attitude. Snobby, lazy, talks back and no customer service skills whats so ever. She takes her time helping everyone out! Not to mention, her other staff isn't paying any attention to help her out. Sorry if I offended your employee, but I was at my last straw with this store. Don't waste your time here. It's pointless and there useless.

The employees in this store are rude and tell you to your face that they don't care if they lose your business. I had three packages that were marked as delivered and they were not. They were all for different locations across the country. They showed up several days later. I tried to register a complaint and the young woman rolled her eyes and told me that the store has "nothing to do with the drivers". Then, she walked away while I was still speaking. I asked another young woman if there is a manager or owner I could speak to. She refused to assist me and would not give me a name or contact information. I called UPS Customer Service. They promised someone would call me back this morning. That never happened. I would not use this store again. I may stop using UPS completely. The employees at FedEx Office are friendly, helpful, and actually remember my name when I walk through the door.

My experiences at this location is usually positive....UNTIL today. I went in today to make a Amazon return and saw there was a small line. So, I get in line...all good. Now, there were two women in line before me and when they stepped to the counter, a young Latina with a Pink & Black Channel Mask began to help them. Now, as it happens I learn why they are there. The customer is filling out a tranfer for her car title. She is instructed by the employee to do 1, 2, 3. Now the cistomer is making sure she follows the instructions for the Title Company. The employee ignores this and says, "Fill out this part like I've instructed you to do." My eyes go wide because that is NOT how you speak to a customer...as I am in Customer Service. The customer explains she is simply trying to follow the instructions from the Title Company and the rude employee says, "Well I've been doing this for a long time. I'm certified and I do this everyday." The customer calmly informs the employee that she is being rude and the employee just laughs behind her mask then snatches the papers from the customer and continues to Notarize the info. I had to HOLD MY TONGUE from yelling at the employee. She was RUDE, NASTY, INCONSIDERATE, and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. SHE made me feel ashamed to be in the Customer Service. industry with how horrid her behavior was. TO MISS PINK CHANNEL MASK EMPLOYEE: DO BETTER! BE KIND! Customers are not your doormat! When you are nasty to customers you make the rest of us in the industry look like uneducated idiots. That may be your situation but don't take it out on customers.

The manager has recently left for another unrelated position. The owner is off-site. Store is semi-managed by his brother. I was there rather recently, and noticed no change in quality of service. If you wish to contact him, and it is a man, call and ask. You needn't give a reason if you are asked.
You are able to print out emails at this location.
Not sure. I know the one on 51st & Dunlap/Olive do. Definitely call the one nearest you to make sure they have the qualified staff to do fingerprinting and notary services.
