Zero stars. Came to this location at 7:45 and the dining area was closed when the sign clearly said it was open till 10pm. Knocked on the window and had a bunch of teenagers laughing and horsing around in the back. I’ll never bring my money or service back to this location which is disappointing because we come so many times. No thanks.

The El Pollo taste I've come to love. Good healthy eats. Had the feeling that this is a family owned and operated franchise. The restaurant was clean and in good shape for an older location, although the windows could use some sparkle.

My parents and I love El Pollo Loco. We walked in and it was clearly marked on what door to walk in and which door to walk out. It was very organized. We ordered the Grande avocado chicken bowl, original pollo bowl & the 3 piece meal to go. It was so busy, clearly this is the place to be. 🤗 even with all the people up ahead of us we were in and out in no time with fresh & great tasting food.
