I moved in to the edge with help of Dominique and John. They treated me very well and showed me couple of apartment floors, the amenities, took me in a complete tour from A to Z and answered all my questions. Dominique always welcome me to the office and ask me if I need any help and John is always there when you need him, very helpful. Just to let potential future residents to know that all those negative reviews about the edge community is exaggerated. I moved in here and got all the help from the leasing office. The apartment complex is clean, quiet and well maintained by greystar and the management team.

The apartment comes with a lot of convenient amenities, but it’s location lends to a lot of turnover and it’s reflected in how previous tenants treat the units. With that said, on-site staff such as Jeramey, make that a non-issue with quick response times to service requests in a friendly and professional manner. Thanks for all your help so far - the water pressures amazing now!

Edge apartments are new apartments, so when I moved in there were a couple of changes that occurred along the way such as administering parking permits and parcel lockers for packages. Dominique made these transitions easy with communicating via e-mail. One thing that makes this place great are the leasing agents. Dominique has been there for me since day 1. She helped me get an additional storage and if I’ve had questions about anything, she is always there to help me. She has even helped me with a small business I’ve launched. She even took time to get me connected with the Sunday Shop so I can promote my business there. So far, I also have not had any issues with maintenance requests either. He’s very quick to come and help out with any problems. I have not had any issues with my guests parking and hope it stays that way. The apartments are a bit pricey for such a small living room. I wish the bathroom were smaller and the living room was bigger :) I would give it a five star; however, the small living room and noisy neighbors upstairs got in the way.

Staff made it simple to move from Texas. They have been very responsive to my questions, and the amenities are clean and attractive. Events can be pretty lively in the evenings, but those events don't go too far into the night.
