Horrible Receptionists. Terrible communication between altering shifts. They had all my information wrong twice when setting up appointments. The biggest issue however was how unsafe they made my cat feel. I took her there to get spayed and when I went to pick her up she was an absolute sad mess. The staff charged me an aggression fee when she has never ever been aggressive towards anyone and made me feel horrible when I didn't have the extra money to pay the stacked on fees. Please don't go here. Clinic is also in bad shape and some of the staff shouldn't be there.

The front desk woman are extremely rude and dont seem to care about a suffering animal. Its stressful enough when your pet is struggling and sick to have these employees be mean. Just disgusting wont ever go back.

First time visit to this vet hospital. I was recommended by a relative. Everyone was very nice. Doctor was extremely interested in what I was telling him, and he explained all my options for my dogs teeth. I was very impressed. Will be scheduling appointment for my dog to have dental surgery in the near future.

They should. They treat all animals regardless if legal or illegal from what I understand

Grooming im not sure on because i take my animals to another place that is reasonable but shots r not to bad because u have two options the first is they have a shot day were the prices r super cheap or u have the regular day were they r still cheap. I believe the prices for the shots range from 20-100 n that just depends on what shots. I know it was like 20 for all my cats first shots n i dont believe it gets more expensive then that for dogs but the best thing to do is call or look online. Hope this helps
