Update, July 2022. I’ve gone in to Les Schwab in Pullman a couple of times in the last few months and they are great! Perhaps under new management since my review from 8 years ago? Poor customer service. A month ago I went in for an estimate for struts. The woman at the counter did not make eye contact with me; just printed an estimate and handed it to me with no explanation. I will not be buying struts there. Today I went in because I have a slow leak in one of the tires I bought from them. Different woman at the counter, same attitude. I wouldn't mind the hour-long wait if there were some indication they cared at all about my business.

Les Schwab is a great company. They have terrific business practices and obviously hire well. This center is great. I came in with a slow leak to a tire and they diagnosed (nail) and fixed in less than 20 min. Super helpful, nice, skilled and excellent service overall. Thanks, guys, for another solid experience!

The lady at the counter, Robin, was unnecessarily rude and short from the moment she talked to us. She seemed like she didn't want our business. We gave instructions of what we wanted done, and instead of telling us then or when they called to tell us it was ready, we had to ask when we were picking it up why they didn't rotate the tires. Robin claimed they can't do it due to the manual. After checking the manual at home, it doesn't state that anywhere. They were obviously consulting the wrong manual. Also, they didn't put the hubcaps back on or check the tire pressure. The tires should be at 42 psi, and they were at 33. If they read the manual like they said, they'd know that. Honestly, I wouldn't have been so annoyed if it wasn't for how uncomfortable Robin made us with her attitude. You couldn't pay me to go back there!

I came in because my car was generating a "low tire pressure" alarm. Employee checked and filled all tires to pressure. Also told me which tire and that if it happened again, they would fill it again, but suggested that if it happened again they should look more closely at the tire. I appreciated the input and the politeness of the employee.
