Sales and financing were good but when it came to the service department well that's a whole different story. When I brought my vehicle in to have the extras added on that I purchased one of the service managers pretty much accused me of being a liar. This gentleman was by far the most unprofessional, rude individual that I have encountered in a long while. I had to bring my vehicle back a second time and when I did I again was treated terribly and obviously he informed his staff as well because they also were very rude. I'm sorry I purchased my vehicle from Moss bros and would not recommend them to anyone.

I went to this dealer just to check on some trucks, I was received by Alfredo, who is outstanding and an amazing person!! He helped me to find the perfect truck for my needs and made incredible work with post-sales, keeping my personal belongings that I forgot in my previous car that I used as a down payment with him! He also helped me to remove the hitch that I forgot on it. No words to describe Alfredo, if you are looking for a car, you should talk to him.

I was nervous coming here to service my new to me jeep after reading the reviews for the service department, but since it is the closest location to me I thought I would give it a shot. My service appointment, where I was assisted by various employees went super well, the process was seamless and my jeep is driving great. They even made a point to find coupons to make the end cost less than what I was initially quoted. I would recommend Moss Bros after my experience!
