The recycling bin wasn’t picked up on the trash day. No big deal except that I called every day since then and I was told it would get handled. Now it’s a week later and I suppose they’ll pick it up on regular trash day. If they don’t want to do their job they should credit our bill.

These people are con artist! Straight and simple! They charged me for and extra month of service after I went to their webpage and cancelled service, and had the nerve to only send me a confirmation email for my second attempt cancellation while I was still on the phone with them! They tried to tell me that just cause I received an email that they made right then, that it proved that they received one and not the other! Then they asked me to send them a copy of the first email that they never sent as proof that I cancel a month before! I have kids I have to take care of, but they as a company could care less about their customers. I would of gone with another company if they didn't have a monopoly over my neighborhood. Who do we contact to look in to matters like this?!

You will have to create an online profile... Go to riversidepublicutilities.com then click on "Pay Your Bill". Click on the green link that says "Create Account" right below the login section. After you have created your profile... Upon login, on the left-hand side of the screen, one of the links will say "Billing Details" click on it and scroll to the bottom until you see "View Bill" on the right side of the screen.

Yes, you can. The entrance is on the 9th street side of the building. Parking is free in its parking structure also found on the 9th street side of the building. Just tell the parking clerk you're there to pay your utility bill.
