Make sure you check your order before you leave because there's always something wrong . My fries had no seasoning they didn't give me my carrot sticks . They took 47 minutes after my order said completed online ... I will never go back . I wanted to get a refund but they never answer the phone.

Placed order online. Went to pick it up and they have it marked at the store for cash only. All I have is my credit card at the time Completely wasted 30+ minutes of my time for nothing. Why was I not notified before hand? Horrible customer service.

Order took 3x the time it was quoted online which led to waiting 40 minutes at the store for our simple order, after already waiting the quoted 20 at home. They didn’t even fullfill the full order and the food was soggy and cold because the wings were apparently done the whole time but the fries took an hour. Had to go back and get a refund. What a joke of a place.

They don't come in a dozen. They come as a 10 piece for $6 or 15 piece for $9. Or for a limited time you can buy them individually for, $.60/each which would end up being $7.20 for a dozen.

Does it really take five employees to make one order of 15 boneless wings

Are the employees required to eash their hands? One boy came out to quick to wash his hands, he told the other employee I have to go pee. When he went back to station he still didn't wash. Then he was wiping his hands on his butt of his black pants
