William is a great Massage therapist. Love the facilities. They also have a great restaurant. The one downside is the large Rectangle Hot Tub does not work. Also limited towels

Waste of money. Raised the price to 35.00 for admission fee. (Was 20.00 and everything was working). They had the time to fix the steam room that was/is not working and clean up the place a bit. But they chose not too. When I asked Linda, the owner, at the front counter she pretended not to understand English. She greeted me in English. And she said all facilities were working. We drive 40 miles away to Los Angeles to go to a spa. I wonder what state/county agency can they be reported to….

This spa always nice and clean. Very quiet place almost empty due to pandemic situations. Hoping customers will come back soon.loves this spa. Temperature of the water about right to relax and relief stress.

Yumi was awesome! I really enjoy a good deep tissue massage and was very happy to find such a wonderful therapist, whom I will definitely book with again. The whole spa was very clean and I felt they were taking great precautions to keep people healthy

This is a Korean spa. There are different dry and wet suanas, hot and cold jacuzzis, and they have massagr type services.
The bath areas are separated for men and women. It is nude in the gender specific areas. There's a coed area where you have to be clothed with a few other saunas and a salt room.
Yes. When I went, one sauna and one jacuzzi. Massage services were opened. Ice room and clay room were opened.
Yes, it was. That first room only and the first jacuzzi only.. all of the little treatment rooms were opened.
They are open, only for services like massages and scrubs for both men and women. I went a couple days ago.
Yes, open for day spa, scrub and massage, but all pools, steam and sauna still closed.
I hope so
Mask is life
Only if you're ok with it
If you bought your spa admission in groupon, just have printed copy or mobile digital copy to show on front desk!!
I believe it's a claim. Knowing how the spell check on my phone misfires, I assume she is staying that Imperial Spa is the best spa she's tried.
The dry saunas are co-ed. The wet saunas are in single gender only in the same area as the pools. The single gender area are non clothing, the co-ed areas are clothed with clothing provided by the spa
8 am everyday
The only private rooms are for scrubs, massage, and facials. The sauna and pools are group setting. Although they do have women only area.
No, not really. There are signs posted that say, Please turn off your phone. There are No cell phones in Spa/Sauna areas. I know people check their phones which are usually in their lockers. Final answer is, NO PHONES are supposed to be in the SPA areas. Seriously, why would anyone want to go to a place to unwind and relax, soak, steam, sauna, massage, etc. where nearly every area is WET! (except the common area and cafe) And bring your phone. I mean can't you just unplug for a few hours and decompress without your phone. That is not what this place is about. The few I've seen that have done it, are asked by the management to turn it off and put it away. It is definitely frowned upon and doesn't respect the place or its environment.
