I had a firearm I purchased online shipped here and one-on-one firearms training with Jon. I’m very happy with both experiences. Prices are on the higher side, but it’s to be expected from a family owned business and I don’t feel cheated.

I’m honestly blown away by Refiner’s customer service, one of the best in the Valley! As a firearm enthusiast I’ve shopped at numerous gun stores and their “appointment only” experience was amazing. Jonathan and his wife didn’t treat me like a number. They gave me a 1 on 1 experience. I didn’t feel rushed or had to wait for my questions to be answered. Johnathan was able to provide me answers immediately and kept me up to date with both of my transfer (NON NFA and NFA) For you NFA guys and gals, they have the SilencerShop kiosk. This was my first time using it and man I will not go back to the old paper form method. Refiners walked me through it and are making my NFA transfer a breeze. Thanks again, Carlos A.

Recently stopped in at refiners firearms after being recommended to them by someone else in the firearms industry. I was looking to buy either a 365 or a hellcat and could not find either in almost any gunstore in the great phoenix area. Not only did Jonathan at refiners have both, he had several models of both to choose from. Jonathan, a firearms instructor, spent the better part of an hour with me helping me decide which gun would fit me best without being pushy or assertive. I learned a few things buying this gun from him and had a good time doing it, and intend on coming back for his firearms training classes in the future.

Jonathon came to our house and did a family pistol safety training class for us and the kids. He was extremely knowledgeable, hands on, and provided us with gun safety knowledge we wouldn’t have gotten anywhere else. The next day he took my husband and I out for a private training on how to properly shoot a handgun. We left there more confident and more experienced than I ever could have expected. Jonathon and Refiner Firearms is an excellence source for all your gun needs. He has started us on a great path and we will be meeting with him on Saturday to purchase our first firearm.
