I took my truck here for a power steering pump leak. (already knowing it needed to be replaced) needless to say $700 ish later power steering is good... so i thought..turns out belt jumps right off. I take it back and (owner) takes care of it. Was very pleased... so i thought I go to Drive this truck for a family trip, Guess what.. belt comes off again.. take back in and looks and says it must be something else...( not that it was fine until coming there).. I take advise and change tentioner and belt ( at my cost ?) After trying to charge me $500+ to fix there mistake Guess what not the issue.. Turns out the powersteering pulley is pressed on to far and causing the belt to push off and tear it up. At this point i will fix myself and make sure others stay away from this place. I will contact them and look for my money back for my time as i am a mobile mechanic and do hotshot truck runs and just did not have the time for my own at the time. Terrible Business Ethics. Poor Owner Ship. Wish i could give 0 stars STAY CLEAR , BAD BUSINESS !!!! **To note to the comment answered by the owner , this is 1 of 4 trucks and is only used for offroad,4x4 recovery or to go to the lake. miles since work was done 15. besides point , bought a puller and moved the pulley about a 1/8th in and what do you know no issues anymore belt stayed on all night offroading. Choose your shop wisely. This truck was fine for over 100k other than the leaky pump. As to the past comments we know theres never money back, as that would be the right thing to do.

Stopped in for an oil change and coolant flush. I have a 2012 Jeep Wrangler. I had a coupon for a coolant flush for $69.95. It states that is for standard coolant and my Jeep takes specialized coolant. The coupon states there is an upcharge for that. No problem, I get that! I was told it couldn't be used because of that and they offered $20 the regular price of $159.95. Seriously? So they basically wanted to charge double the price of the coupon just for the coolant. I could see an extra $20 on top of the coupon price to compensate not double. They also told me my front brakes we shot and worn right down. I turned that service down as well. I went next door to O'Reilly and bought new front brakes and rotors. My husband did the brakes today and the pads were at best half way worn. Definitely not at a critical point. No plans to return there.

My husband & I were on our way out of town in our camper van when the engine light came on and this location got us in for a diagnostic pretty much immediately. In about one hour they had our problem fixed and they did not overcharge us or try to sell us fixes we didn’t need. We were on the road and we were/are super grateful for the honest and explanatory service. Thank you to the team that worked 1-15-22.

Hi I just want to say thank you for looking after my car and resolving my problems the previous owner created. I spent $3,000 and they could not even find me in the system!! What kind of a crook doesn’t document his PAYING customers?!! Although the new manager could not find the work he didn’t do, he found what was ACTUALLY wrong with my car and I have not had a problem since. Only repair shop in the bubble I will ever go to hands down!
