Stop for bite, this place is pretty cool, pot pie was amazing (the wife eat that) and I got the chicken Taco salad. They both were super delicious, and the pie was amazing we ended up just buying a full pie next door, and honey from the other store. Pretty niche place to eat.

Wow! Loved their gravy. It was full of flavor, thick texture and lots of meat. We had a very delicious breakfast and great service. The chicken fried steak was perfect. I’m very picky when it comes to the meat and this was great. Nice mild meat flavor and not full of gristle. Nice size portions and a fair price.

Sunday afternoon: breezy, cloudy and a chance of rain, tail to tail traffic and the end of Spring Break and yet... We found parking, ease in registering at the host station and a shorter than expected wait! Great food (ribs falling off the bone, smoked pork Reuben) personable service and a range of preserves to tempt anyone made for a delightful dining experience. Add in trails, waterfalls, giant boots, a trading post rock store and pies to make you hummmm and the Rock Springs Cafe is a destination all by itself!

I've driven up north plenty of times from Phoenix and I've always wanted to stop at this location because it was always SO busy but in such a "middle of nowhere" place. I thought, "it HAS to be good..5k+ reviews and something about pie?" So I stopped on my way home from Dewey at about 7pm. It was dark and not as occupied but I thought it was perfect since it wouldn't be so busy and there wouldn't be a wait time. My company and I were the last to come in for the night and even then the staff was so friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed a delicious plate of meatloaf, mashed potatoes and corn with a small side of brisket stew (MY. GOD. THAT. STEW.) ask for it! and my company had mac and cheese with green chili and bacon. The food was amazing and of course we took slices of pie home for the night. I recommend the banana cream pie but I hear the mixed berry is a fan favorite. Thank you Rock Springs Cafe!
