Delivery order. Missing food (Mcnuggets), missing requested napkins & eating utensils. SpicyCrispy chicken sandwich only has a sliver thin pickle, patty, & bread. Not at all spicy. No "spicy" sauce either. Dry. Not ordering again.

This is usually a good location but I have noticed over the past few months that if you go here after about 9:30 PM or 10:00 PM then the service becomes terrible and they mess up orders on a regular basis. Also the manager is allowing an employee to wear political stuff which is just annoying to see because it's seen everywhere else. Just wear a uniform shirt. Would like to see the managers get things in order there.

Whenever I use the drive-thru at this location for breakfast on Saturday or Sunday between 6AM-7AM it is super busy. They handle the breakfast drive-thru rush like a well-oiled machine. The food I order always tastes fresh and looks good.

I ordered a Hot Fudge Sunday. The price was about $2.50, which was more than I normally pay. When I got the Sunday the small cup was about half filled. When I asked about it I was told that is how they are told to make it now.

I'm sure they're doing what McDonald's corp. is asking them to do. Of course half of them are young so hopefully they've hired good people that will follow good health practices. They're customer service needs work but they're getting better.

I believe their lobby closes at 10pm Sunday-Thursday & 11pm Friday & Saturday, then reopens around 5am. I know for sure the lobby will stay open at least until 10pm; however, I am unsure if they have extended those hours until midnight or later. I also know they are usually pretty understanding about people driving semis, towing RV's, horse trailers, boats, etc., because it is the busiest McDonald's in Arizona & on top of it being located next to I-17 on the edge of Phoenix, it is right next to Lake Plesant, so everyone stops there with their boats in tow to go to the lake. Sometimes they will even open the lobby & let someone like youself come inside to order if they cannot fit their vehicle into the drive-thru; it's safer than having them stand at the drive-thru window. I hope this helps! But it would be best to give them a call when you are getting close to this location so you can talk to the staff who is actually working when you plan on stopping, & I bet they will help you out!
I'm pretty sure it's the only one in the area so that might be why
