Find another place, trust me. Bathroom is always gross. The store is grimy. Always shorthanded. Don’t buy a subscription to the CARWASH. It is broken a lot of the times, opens late or not at all and closes early. You can only car wash at this particular store with the subscription. I cancelled my subscription after paying for the entire month and they cut me off the same day even though I paid for the entire month. For the same money you can get a deal with superstar car wash with a ton of locations… It’s obvious, this is just a cash cow for the owner who does not feel it’s important or know how to provide a clean well run service business. QT is the gold standard, that is how a business should be run

The customer service here is absolutely horrible. I went through the car wash and my car came out completely soaked with soap all over it. I pulled back around to the car wash area to show the employee my car and he said " SO, what do you want me to do about it?" No believing my ears I asked him to repeat himself and he said it again! I went into the storeand asked to speak to themanager 15 minutes later she comes walking out. When I told her about the horrible job the carwash did and even worse customer service her employee had she just stood there with a blank look no apologies no I'll talk to my employee nothing! I will never use this gas station ever again. They need to fire the whole staff and learn how to treat customers.

This stores manager is the worst. I'd give them a minus 5 if I could. After years of getting a weekly car wash after filling up. I was refused car wash service. I pulled up in my truck like I've always done. And was told there is too much stuff in the bed. This is the first time I've heard or been told this. While trying to understand and discuss their concern. The person kept angerly barking at me the way it was. Turned out to be the store manager. This was perhaps the most disturbing and humiliating public display of I'm the boss I've experienced. This franchise needs to be replaced with professional people who care.

When this car wash opened it used to be amazing. Now half the time when I show up to get my car washed I have to wait for 5 minutes because the attendant also is a cashier inside the building. The last couple times I have been there some of the brushes don't spin when they're trying to wash your car. And half the vacuums don't work anymore. It's time to cancel my monthly membership and my wife's monthly membership because the values no longer there.
