4 stars because the service is fast and convenient. Customer service is not the best. 3 of the four reps were more on the rude side. However the convenience and ease of this office makes it all worth it.

Consumer Complaint: Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Not only was the staff rude, and sold me something I didn't need. But management could care less when explaining the situation.
As consumers, we look to the experts to advise us of the correct options, not taken advantage of for an upsell.
I would steer clear of this establishment.

We needed to change our drivers licences from Washington to Arizona. We also changed the mailing address for a vehicle registered in Arizona. We took our passports and piece of mail with our Arizona address on it.

They will add the person to the title. You and that person will need to show your driver's license. It is recorded online so no forms are necessary.
You can get all your wuestions answered at the Carefree office. Of course you will need to register the vehicle and get a new drivers license. They do it all there. Don't waste your time at DMV.

Yes, you can come in 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday and from 8am - 6pm on Saturdays to get that done
