If you are on a time schedule dont order from here to pick up your lunch. They didnt have it ready at the time that i was quoted and i still sat for an extra 13mins and my food still wasnt ready so i left. I was late to work thanks to this place.

I have been coming to this place for more then 4 years. Always good food the sizes of the orders are well sized and the customer serves is on point I wish there were more places like this !!!!!!!!

We have been going to this restaurant for years since we lived in the area and lately customer service has declined horribly. We called in an order today for pick up and half way through our order the phone hung up, we called back over and over again and no answer. We decided to go over there since we knew we had placed the order. We arrive at the restaurant and while their website says they opened at 11:30am the doors are locked at 11:55am. We can see people inside and even when we call no one is picking up. A gentlemen finally opens the door and says they will open in 15 mins.. my daughter tried explaining we had placed an order over the phone but nothing.. door was shut. We waited and finally at 12:22pm they opened their doors just to tell her that one of their employees answered their phone and didn’t realize they weren’t open that’s why they had hung up!! Oh and btw the order wasn’t ready!! I know things happen, and we are understanding but someone should have just picked up the phone to let us know that, it would be different. This is not okay. Unacceptable.

Ok sooooo, this place got a 5 and let me explain. There food is by no means the best however it is good. It is always hot and taste the same about 95% of the time. Their food is definitely good though I have had worse. They have really great customer service, the front counter ladies are always smiling and very welcoming. When you dine in they are attentive to you. When picking up takeout they are extremely fast and punctual, if they tell you 15 minutes it’s ready in 15 minutes. They are very decently priced they charge exactly what they should for what you get. They have great Lunch and dinner combos. They are also extremely close to my home so that is also a reason why I gave a five star rating even if the food is about a three star. It’s typical Chinese/American food but their customer service, location, speed and consistency pushes them to a 5.
