First time going to this location and they gave me the wrong order which I didn't make a big deal out of it but my wrap had a bug 🤢 .

We love Salad and Go! Unfortunately this location has consistently been the worst one we go to. Our order has been wrong a few times, they are extremely stingy on the parmesan cheese, and twice in the last 2 weeks the frozen strawberry lemonade machine is broken. Yikes. Will update if there are any changes, though!

I usually ALWAYS go to this Salad & Go right before going to my Life Time gym off of Bullard Ave here in Avondale, AZ and everything has been good so far until several instances where ive had cheese and dressing added to my order when I had specifically asked not to have it added on since I am lactose free but man yesterday on 1/26/22 was the worst experience of them all that I just HAD to post this! I was given a HORRIBLE experience due to the fact that after I had customized my BBQ Ranch Salad and added an egg and requested NO tortilla chips, well I was given the total opposite! I was given the tortilla chips included in my Salad and not to mention the egg I was given was ROTTEN & SOUR! It could have been an easy food poisoning situation If I decided to eat that whole salad!!! but luckily for me I caught on to the sour taste after several bites and threw it away after the smell came along! What a waste of money and time! Never again! For everyone else buying from here I would HIGHLY advice that you all DOUBLE check your orders before pulling off and make sure your food is in eatable condition for your health's sake! Take care! I've had someone pick up salad for me from here, it was delicious. Today I finally went for myself and I was super impressed. I was afraid the wait would be long with at least four cars in front of me but I was pleasantly surprised when I pretty much zoomed through the line. My order was taken quickly and efficiently and it was waiting for me when I approached the pick up window. Everything looks great, I'm actually saving it for tomorrow's lunch so I haven't eaten it yet, but it looks incredible. Cobb Salad.
