There were 3 people in the appliance dept sitting and talking to each other. I had to approach them. One of them acknowledged my presence....I told him I was looking for a refrigerator but none of the ones on the floor fit my needs. He asked if I had a model number. I said no. Then he asked if I looked on line. He didn't hear me ask... isn't that your job to help me, because he was too busy scoffing, saying...is it in your head? At which point, I turned and walked away. Let me know when you are staffed with people who understand the position and are willing to do their job.

I worked there for a year and a half. The kids I worked with were fantastic. The management not so much. Starting from the GM down. People are leaving left and right because the store is manage so poorly. I was discriminated against and I am still thinking of pursuing legal counsel. Go to Home Depot you will be treated much nicer

I tried to ask an employee in a Lowe’s smock a question. They looked at me and kept on walking. I’ve never seen an employee do that. No acknowledgement, nothing. I ended up buying the last item in inventory with damaged packaging. An over-priced, damaged item that was on the shelf but should have been discounted or thrown away. Is that what Lowes has come to? A junk shop.

For tools, yard equipment, gardening supplies and more, Lowes is my go-to store. It has everything, with great variety and quality. I went most recently to get a new ladder, and the staff was incredibly helpful. They explained the difference between several types and found the best one for me, a Little Giant that extends far enough to paint ceilings and clean my gutters but is light enough for me to carry myself. The staff members were friendly and funny, and patient with all my questions. Thanks for going above and beyond my expectations!
