Why are the women behind the counter so miserable?? I can’t stop in there before work anymore for fear that their misery will rub off! Geez! Smile. Even if it’s FAKE! I feel nothing but pity for you!

terrible afternoon shift. I go into this speedway almost every day hoping to grab something warm to eat for my drive home. either the 2 slices of pizza in the warmer look like they've been sitting there for 3 days or there is absolutely no warm food at all. no , roller grill items, no pizza, nothing. the 2 girls behind counter are never doing anything so there's no reason there shouldn't be something cooking at least. please fix this location.

Very disrespectful staff I wish we’ve had gotten the names of the 2 girls there. One of them kept yelling at my husband because the credit card was taking long to process. He finally got fed up and paid cash. Then the cashier told him thank you don’t come back. He got upset and he asked a different girl to speak to the manager the other girl was facing the computer and continued to ignore him. This is not a way to treat a costumers. I will be contacting the manager on Monday I’m very upset we’ve just recently moved to lake in the hills and we always stopped at speedway in south elgin we loved the employees there they were so nice. I guess it’s not the same in this location.
