I should have known better! We originally ordered an economical car and we got switched through 3 different cars until finally they gave us one that worked! There were additional charges we were not originally made aware of when we made the online reservation. The shuttle also to get taken to the airport was HOT and took forever to arrive. Some folks were waiting 45+ minutes to get taken. Let my picture be a representation of the overall experience with them. An older beat up building with poor signage of their business and a shuttle bus that’s literally being held together by tape. Lesson learned.

Beware of the scammers here. They will charge you for a ridiculous amount for car rental. We paid the car via online and when we arrived to pick up the car, they told us that the car is not available and they offered us a hybrid car which will cost us $120 more/ extra. They can not even provide their own policies. Staff are not aware. We will definitely report this to business bureau. Don’t waste your time and money here. If there is a quarter star rating, I won’t give it to this place. Should have “zero” rating for this place!

I purchased a hotel/car deal with booking.com and paid for it Jan 2022. Prior to picking up car in March, I contacted Fox and they said all was good. I showed up, they said they had my vehicle ready, had it my 3 days, turned it in, and my card was charged more money when I had already paid. When I try to contact billing, the phone just rings. I've waited over 30 minutes with no answer. Finally got through. Found out that they charged me extra for gas. When they gave me the car it was supposed to be full. They told me to just take it and bring it back empty. I did that and guess what, now I'm paying for it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY WILL SCREW YOU AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TALK TO ANYONE!!

RIP OFF!! You should expect final price will be much higher than your original booking. Lowest insurance is 30$ per day which doesn’t show on the booking. I had flat tire on day2 of renting because of the bad tire they provided. I called and they said they can send people to help change the tire but they will charge me $100 for that!?!? I tried to change the tire by myself, but I only found spare tire and they didn’t put any tool to change tire lol Also, I added one more day when I start to rent, and they said they will charge only additional rental fee + instance. But after I returned, they sent invoice with additional fee for late return they which they didn’t mention. I complained and they just said it’s written on the contract.
