Yes the variety of parts is good. But the customer service is nothing more than a joke. No replies to a part I ordered where I was send a wrong item. The expert chat is a joke, it seems it’s just a computer replying. Especially for overseas customers like me it’s a pain to get in contact after paying a ton for shipping + taxes and so on for a thing I never ordered. Emails never get an answer. I will order my parts elsewhere where I actually have people sharing the love for old cars and service who is interested in helping me. You guys should really pay attention to your customers. Reading through Facebook groups it’s clear to see that I’m not the only one complaining about the customer service. OPGI? No thanks.

You guys are way too overpriced and your competitors have better prices and less costs on shipping or no shipping fees a couple of times I’ve added your part’s to my shopping cart when the shipping costs comes up I just delete it and order somewhere else.

Ok parts only problem if you order a wrong part and ask for a refund expect months for refund and each representative has a new story to say why I haven’t received a refund . Do your self a favor double check what you order or expect even half a year for your refund !

Like they responded, they do. Calling sales is good and you can pick up a catalog. If you are not far go to their store. It's worth the trip.
It's in the catalog. I would suggest that you call the store to see if they have it in stock.
American classics and not even all of them. VW Have their iwn specifuc suppliers
Check website. Depends on availability and location. https://www.lkqpickyourpart.com
I'm pretty sure they have a whole catalog dedicated to Impala parts I would call them and ask.
