Not sure about smoothies, but flatbreads are bad. Ordered the Chipotle Chicken Club asked for no lettuce, they put lettuce. The bacon was soooo thin, just one slice. Flatbread was sloppy and not folded down the middle as it should be since one is supposed to use the pressing machine. Even the flatbread itself was bad. Was ooking forward to bread as I eat mostly keto/carnivore, so disappointed especially when $7.60 for juts the flatbread sandwich. The place itself was clean and the person who took my order was nice. Flatbreads, go somewhere else! No Chipotle flavor either.

My first impression walking in is that there clearly is no one running the store or anyone with any management skills. This place is advertised as “fresh” but employees are furthest thing from it. It appears as a new employee took my order as she didn’t have a passcode but there seemed to be a lack of training as she seemed completely disinterested in taking my order, while I’m assuming a lead shift (skilyn) stood by her and did nothing to correct. As for the other employees near by need to be taught there is a time and place for flirting, cursing and speaking about inappropriate personal lives.

I ordered through the app, I got there and the little kids that work there were playing games and flirting with the girls that also work there. When I finally got my order, which was a buffalo chicken wrap, the chicken was cold and the lettuce was dark green and it also looked a little mucusy, I had also asked for no tomatoes and they somehow added the biggest chunks they could find. This place has been going down hill for a while, the service is horrible and the food quality is not what it use to be.
