Pros: Clean, safe, friendly people. Cons: Thin walls and floors, can hear dogs barking constantly, can hear cell phone conversations if neighbors are on balcony and TVs/music from neighbors. Not quiet living, but it depends on your neighbors too. Many owners complain of pipe leaks every year or two. Many dog owners are very conscientious about dog barking and many don't seem to care about how barking impacts neighbors. I've witnessed several confrontations. Overall, a nice place to live.

There are 1 and 2 bedroom condos. 2 bedrooms are going for 440,00 to 460,000. 1 bedrooms for 340,000 to 365,000
Smoking (so far) has only been banned in Public areas-- however there are a lot of new babies/parents that would likely complain if subjected.
