I had a nail in my tire and brought my truck in to them after making an appointment the night before. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Great service and the tech/office person was very nice and professional. I will definitely give them my business and go back to them when I need new tires.

Jose the man upfront was SUPER sweet ! They all were really nice and made sure I felt conforgavle with my car. They provided the perfect environment and the price was MORE than reasonable. Despite the horrid consumer experience I’ve had coming here yesterday to have a simple set of wheels exchanged on my car. I fear for anyone who values customer service to have to put up what happens when your car is worked on. I’m always about giving stores business regardless of pricing so I paid $80 to have wheels switched on my new Tesla Model S. There is one tall Hispanic man in his mid twenties that worked on my car in the back while I watched. This man has one of the worst demeanors or attitude an employee could have. This man attempted to put on a persona where he could stay in charge of my car when I wanted to take my wheels out of my car before my car was worked on. Instead of using basic intuition and listening to the customer, he replies, “I can take it out” in a hasty manner, twice, while staring at me. Very peculiar behavior. Despite catching him put my wheels on incorrectly and correcting them, I had an excellent experience talking to Kevin, who has an excellent attitude. The manager seemed decent at first, but completely acknowledged the immature behavior of the employee right in front of me, and didn’t do anything. The manager also did not apologize for incorrect installation of the wheels and instead asked for 5 stars on yelp in the end. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. I didn’t know an experience could be this difficult just to exchange four wheels on a car. Please think twice about having your car serviced here, especially if you bring a $100,000+ car.
