Notary refuses to do his job! He was close to his 'unscheduled' break which he can only take when 'they aren't busy' so when we walked in he refused to help us as it would delay his 'unscheduled' break. When we didn't immediately leave and were confused and trying to figure out how to find a notary he said we were 'being disrespectful' cuz we didn't immediately run out of the story gleefully after her refused to help us for no discernable reason. This was Saturday August 13th at around 1:00 PM.

I’ve always had a good experience at this place, for years, and today was no exception. I think I met the single nicest customer service person in my life I wish I remembered her name (very young, sweet, long black hair working today). She was so so helpful and nice when I had issues. Who goes to ups and thinks “man that was awesome!”? We’ll I did today.

Really busy at 5:30 pm on Monday. There were two people working to service 9 customers. The line was out the door. One of the parties at the counter had multiple packages and took a long time. But once he was done, then the line moved fairly quickly. I just had to process a return, so once I got to the counter, they just had to scan my barcode, print out the label, hand me my receipt, and then I was on my way.
