Very bad service. I brought my phone to fix a crack on the front screen, my phone was returned worst. They said they would have it in an hour, I had to call 10 minutes before they closed because they never called back and they said they didn’t even have my phone registered when I had just gone that same day. They had it till the next day cause they “couldn’t wait for me since they closed soon” the next day I went in and they didn’t have it under my name and the manager said the staff that attended me and my phone were new people. After a day, my phone started growing black dots on my screen. If I could give it zero starts I would.

We took an older phone to this store, and first of all you're greeted with a $25 DIAGNOSTIC charge, after that was paid, they told us that they were going to check the phone and call us with a quote, the phone wouldn't charge so we thought battery was dead. After a few calls they said that battery was replaced and everything was good, we paid $55 for the battery and picked it up to the surprise that it was exactly the same as when we brought it in. Not passing 8% charge and suddenly turning off. We called them and said they would refund only $30 and keep $25 for the work that was "made" they did not know what the issue with the phone was and they charged a DIAGNOSTIC fee, supposedly they do that to avoid this exact situation. however, they switched the battery to the old one and sent us our way. Phone is exactly the same before bringing it in and they kept $50. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, GO TO PROFESSIONALS THAT ACTUALLY KNOW THEIR WORK. This is a quick buck scheme from Premier. Terrible!

Guillermo was super helpful and was clear with the procedures. The best part was that i didn't have to wait for 30 days that Geek Squad nor did i have to spend 3 times the amount for a mac book battery replacement. Thank you to the Premier Store on Zaragoza.

Actually I would recommend you to get a new phone. All your information can be transferred from the old phone to the new.
