I put a star because I have to, in order to write my review. . Place is disgustingly dirty. My 4 piece order of chicken had feathers on all 4 wings and refried and dried out. 🥵. Soda was flat n tasted like the dispensers needed to be cleaned or disposed of. Everything went into the garbage. $21.95. Place needs to closed down or different management. NASTY. I now I'm going be sick 😷.

Nasty unprofessional dusty establishment. Employees need to be fired and given extensive training. Need new faces. Price gouging extra 5 dollars in store than online. This place needs to be investigated and drug tested. DONT GO HERE!! CHICOPEE BETTER

I asked for less Nashville this is what they give me . And got mad at me for wanting them to fix it . They Started giving me attitude and was very rude the whole time . After they couldn’t fix it they offered a full refund and told me to go somewhere else then . This was at 9:00 pm Friday feb 18 . The man taking the order with the Glasses didn’t listen to me when I was telling him my order at all . The women in the window with the 978 tattoo on arm was very rude and unprofessional as well as the other women in Blue shirt . I called the store ten minutes later to get corporate number and they gave me a fake number , and the manager over the phone was very rude didn’t wanna give me her name and she hung up in my face .
