Quality of the ingredients went down. The pizza taste cheaper than before. Not a fan of the new pizza. And yes, I know it's different because it'd not the same.

I made a mobile order and waited a long time for a notification that the order was ready. When I went inside there were many people waiting and the person in front was texting. When I asked about my order, he brought me a cold pizza.

Pre ordered on the app and yet still waited in the lobby for 20-30 min for my order . On top of that they did not have the brownie I ordered and told me I would need to come next day for them , no one there is authorized for a refund which sounds kinda insane to me . How is there no shift manager or manager in general around ? Food quality was horrible , food was cold by the time I got home and I live less than a 5 min drive .

Quick friendly service. Had all menu options available and offered to make something special if I didn't mind waiting. Product was hot and fresh.

Questions & Answers

How come your employees don't were gloves when handling the food

We don't wear gloves when handling the food before it's cooked because people are less likely to wash their hands and change the gloves which can cause contamination another reason is if anything does manage to get in the ovens are set at tempatures that kill bacteria and essentialy sanitize the food. When the pizza comes out your food is not touched by our hands what so ever and are only touched by the tools that are required to take out and cut the pizzas. Many professional chef's handle there food without gloves before they are cooked because once again gloves can be alot more unsanitary then washed hands and give a false sense of security.
