I was skeptical at first taking my fur baby to this location because of all the bad reviews. Went in on a Sunday….. wait was long, but so was the line of sick pets. Overall experience was favorable. Glad they’re open on Sundays…! Staff is professional and extremely friendly….! Will definitely be back…..

This place has wonderful providers and staff! They are thorough with their care and not too expensive. The only negative thing I have to say is their wait times and the system they have in place. Their wait time estimates are never accurate so if you plan on trying to get your pet in plan on waiting the entire day to get in! They are convenient in the way that they’re one of the only vets in the Far East and they are open on weekends, but very frustrating spending the entire day waiting on a time slot and constantly being told “you’re next” and then waiting several more hours.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The vet (Dr. Chavarria) was thorough and brought to my attention other wellness tips and tricks for my puppy. After I checked in, the staff informed me the wait time (for my non-urgent visit) would be a little long, so they told me I could go home and they'd call me when they were ready to see me. 5/5 would recommend!

I called because my puppy seemed extremely sick. To the point that I felt she was dying. I called at exactly 7:21 pm this evening saying she was having trouble breathing, had a prolapsed rectum, and her eyes were completely sunken into her skull. She was very sick. The girl up front tells me there was a 3 hour wait for a medical exam and to call the hospital on Airway for faster service. I called. There's was a 4 hour wait. Anyway, I called again and asked if they could please see her because it was more than just an exam and that she wouldn't make it to the 3 hours. She then said they can look at her for a $400 deposit. At that moment I hung up, grabbed my puppy, laid her onto a towel and just before I picked her up, she took 2 deep breaths and she was gone. My family is devastated. My children won't stop crying. I called back to ask about cremation services, they told me $50 for a 15lb puppy to keep the ashes. When I arrived, it was not going to be over $200 because of the additional $55 "after hours" fee they didn't tell me about before I got there. They also refused to waive it because it's "policy", however telling me about it when I asked for pricing was not policy. These people are thieves. All they want is money. Now my puppy is gone, our hearts are broken, and I'm out another $200 when I expected it to be $50 before I drove out there.

Good question, they will help you. About the cost, the only think I can tell the it's best to take your pet before 8 pm. The cost is about 30 dollars less.
It goes up after 8pm everyday. Call them and check about Sunday specials
