My husband and I have eaten at many don carbon restaurants, but the one on Zaragoza beats them all. The food is tastier, portions are generous and the food is outstanding. I will make this don carbon my #1 place to eat .

Disappointed. Too bad for this visit that ruined my appetite for this place. I'll just end up going to the competitor next time. They got my order wrong, they game me old and browned baked potatoes, and french fries are soggy. Chicken is alright. Fitbowl was dry. Last blow was the customer service. I went to return items with no effort to make it right. Oh well, I know I won't make a dent to their bottom line but I'll still take my business elsewhere.

Disappointing, I asked for a breast and they just cut the actual breast in two and counted it as two pieces. Is definitely not worth the money. The macaroni salad wasn’t fresh it tasted old and the rice was hard. Don’t waste your money go to another Don Carbon or Pollo Feliz. This was a joke.

First time eating inside this location. Very clean. Lots of staff working to get orders out quickly. Very friendly. Music playing in restaurant we mellow and not at all annoying and it was a moderate volume. I could still talk to people at my table without having to raise my voice. The did was delicious. Chicken cooked perfectly. Macaroni salad was creamy and fresh. The salsa is also good. Restrooms were very clean. Definitely a place to go to if customer service is a must.
