12 minute's in the heat waiting for 2 frozen coca colas. There was only 2 cars ahead...something wrong is going on here...that's to long a wait for what we ordered. No apologies for making us wait either....

It’s not often that I post a review but I felt like if people don’t communicate in a meaningful way then how can change take place. I went in alone at 10am for breakfast. There was not anyone in line in front of me while I waited for over 6 minutes for someone to assist me. Then a male cashier reluctantly arrived and did not greet me but just stood there in front of the cash register. I ordered and my meal was prepared in a timely way but the coffee I ordered took another few minutes before I received it. I asked two different employees before a young new hire finally gave me the coffee. I could see in the foreground that there were as many as 12 employees chatting away and laughing with each other in the prep area. I was thinking they did not have any sense or awareness of their customers. While I was sitting down alone in the dining area a woman came in with a lot of plates of homemade food wrapped in foil and placed on the front countertop. She also brought in a large bag full of little things she was selling and most of the employees left their position and went to join her to look over the items she had. I wanted to order another meal to go but there was no one paying attention so decided to leave. This is our hometown McDonald’s and would like to see improvement in service. The meal itself was up to standard this time so my main concern is where has all the customer service gone?

Everytime we choose to eat here , it's old food . Even if they make us wait ...its just I have a family of 6 and it's usually about 60 bucks for old food . Nothing like when I was a kid .

38mins over the average of 45mins it usually takes in the drivethru. Not to worry though, because the food is still cold, and tastes like it sat around for 4 days. any of the good reviews for this place, are either employees, managment or 3rd party reviewers who are being paid to post good reviews. Place is garbage. I would say Im surprised but this is a common occurrence in New Mexico for any "Fast food" restaurant. If you are in Belen, Bypass Mcdonalds and everything else and just go to Arby's at the loves truck stop at I25. Food is ALWAYS hot, fresh, and fast.
