I have been a customer over 30 years. I always paid and often kept a reserve for future fill ups. I have always supported this business until now. Their worker came to my house without a mask and I get that if he is going just put gas and leave. However, this time it was a new driver and he did not wear a mask when he talked to us. I realize there is controversy about wearing a mask but that should be expressed when off the job and not on the job. He was asking questions about my tank that no one had ever asked. I was insulted by his confederate flag belt. Again, I don't feel those kind of sentiments should be expressed during work hours. I will not be back. I felt harassed and insulted by him and the receptionist that took my call when I asked about their mask policy.

THE WORST PLACE TO TRY AND GET PROPANE FROM! I’ve never dealt with more incompetent people who constantly have an excuse for EVERYTHING we tried for over a month and a half to get propane and on the day of our SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT they don’t show because apparently we didn’t answer our phone even though they’re aware we live in the Mesa where there’s almost no service at all and let me tell you we have NO HOT WATER so yeah there’s no way we weren’t ready for that appointment it took us so long to schedule I’m a super patient person TO A POINT this is literally the WORST SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED FROM ANY COMPANY IN MY LIFE

They ARE open on Saturdays from 9-3. Great service! Will come back for sure!
