This place has been the best thing to ever happen to us. They have been there for us every step of the way since my son started racing. If we ever have a question about anything on the bike the mechanic Jake is always there for us. The sales team is so easy to talk to. Alyssa from parts will find an answer for us really quick! Get to know them. You will not regret it. Every single one of them wants to help you.

Ordered a couple of small parts, they said it would arrive in a week and they would call me when it came in. The following week came and they never called. I called them and they didn’t know anything about my parts but it would probably will be in the following week. It was the same thing for the next two weeks. A MONTH LATER!!! an still nothing. No explanation given. I live a hour away, I had to drive down there, cancel my order and get my money back. The cashier was nice but you can’t blame poor business practice on the pandemic. They order your parts but act like it doesn’t matter if it comes in or even bother to let the customer (who is waiting on the part) know the status of the order. I was told before this nonsense not to deal with this place, now I know for sure. Never again. I ordered my parts online, and it was cheaper!

I found them online as we have been looking for a 4 seat UTV for some time and we couldn't be happier with the value we recieved here. I had a great experience from phone, email, and in-store purchase of our Can-Am Commander Max. The UTV we wanted had just arrived and was still crated up. The team at the store pulled out all the stops and stayed late and got it put together for me to take that day. I got a great deal on the UTV trailer package and they even checked and helped me fix a short in my tow hitch connection. I would highly recomend White Sands Motorsports to anyone looking for Can-Am and Honda sport vehicles.
