So disappointed. I ordered through doordash and got a Cherrie Jubilee Milkshake and a cookies and cream oreo pint. My milkshake wasn't wasn't a shake, it had ice floating around and was pure liquid, it was really disappointing. Then my little brother opened his ice cream to eat it, however though it was Oreo ice cream there was coffee ice cream mixed in as well which he refused to eat, hes 10 so I understand why he didn't want to eat it. This Baskin Robins has had too many chances.

Words almost can't describe how abismal the service is at this location. Corporate honestly just needs to fire everyone and start over because they have the stupid leading the blind over here. You have to correct them several times and usually send your order back at least once to have any hope of getting the right food, not to mention the extreme wait times even when you're the only person there and the horribly rude staff. They will mess up your order and then get mad at you for pointing it out. I don't know why I keep coming back, it's never been a good experience.

Been here a couple times. Alamogordo Dunkin Donuts Staff is horrible, yelling at each other, when you go through the drive through the customer service is not friendly. You can also hear them cussing at each other. I hope corporate can get them some help. Personally I would rather wait in line at one of Alamogordos other coffee or donut shops than. Have my anxiety flare up because the staff dose not know FRIENDLY Customer Service.

The two people working there around noon today are the best. They were so sweet and helped me decide what I wanted and made sure I liked it. I got a large cold brew with sweet foam, two caramel and two sugars and it’s just perfect.
